Visiting our website

When visiting our internet presence we only use data about you, which are automatically transmitted to us by your internet browser, such as

  • the operating system used
  • the last site you visited
  • the volume of data transferred
  • the access status (the data transferred, file not found etc.)
  • your IP address

We do this in order to enable you to use the websites you have called up, for statistical purposes and in order to improve our internet offer. We store the IP address in anonymised form, there is no personal evaluation. The legal basis for this data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR).

Contact form

If you send us a message using our contact form we store the details you enter (for example, your name and e-mail address) in order to be able to process your request. The legal basis for this data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. Your details will be deleted automatically after one month.

Comments

If users leave a comment, the time of creation, the name provided by the user and the e-mail address provided by the user are stored in addition to the comment. The email address is only used to contact the user if necessary; it will be deleted after a few days. The comment is displayed on the website with the name chosen by the user.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for our internet presence. Cookies are small text files, which are sent by our web server to your browser during your visit to our websites and are stored by it on your computer. These may concern cookies of third party providers (e.g. Google, Facebook).

The anonymised usage data are stored for 14 months and erased automatically after the expiry of this period of time. 6. Social Media Plugins

We currently use the following social media plugin on this website: Facebook.

You can recognise the provider of the plugin by the marking on the box, by its initial letters or by the logo. We give you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plugin via the button. When you click on the marked field and hereby activate it, if applicable also during your visit to our respective website already, which contains the plugin, if the plugin provider receives the information that you have called the corresponding website of our online offer. Moreover, among others the data stated under Point 3. of this statement are transmitted. In the event of Facebook, according to the information of the respective provider, the IP address is anonymised immediately after collection in Germany. By activating the plugin personal data are thus transmitted from you to the respective plugin provider and stored there (with US providers in the USA). As the plugin provider in particular carries out the data collection via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via the security settings of your browser before calling our website.

We neither have any influence on the collected data and data processing activities, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing, the storage deadlines. No information is available to us either regarding the erasure of the collected data by the plugin provider.

The plugin provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses these for purposes of advertising, market research and/or to design our website suitable for the needs. 7. Integration of Youtube Videos

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on http://www.youtube.com and which can be played directly from our website. By the visit to the website YouTube receives the information that you have called the corresponding sub-site of our website. 9. Your Rights

You have the right to obtain a confirmation from the data controller whether personal data relating to you are processed; if this is the case you have a right to information about these personal data and to the information specifically listed in Art. 15 GDPR. According to Art. 15 Para. 3 GDPR you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data, which are the object of the processing, from the data controller.

According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to request from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to you without undue delay as well as the completion of incomplete personal data.

You have the right to request from the data controller that personal data relating to you are erased without undue delay if one of the reasons specifically listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.

You have the right to request from the data controller the restriction to the processing if one of the prerequisites listed in Art. 18 GDPR exists.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you from the data controller in a format outlined in Art. 20 GDPR.

You have the right, for reasons relating to your special situation, to file an objection at any time against the processing of the personal data concerning you, which is carried out owing to Article 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

If you have granted a consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before your withdrawal will not be affected by a revocation.

Irrespective of another legal remedy under administrative law or in court pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint at a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of abode, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of the personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
